At Alexandria Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your olfactory journey. If a scent isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on lightly used products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorization code.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve to ensure the glass bottle is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
